Sawdust On Floor Insect

Larvae hatch enter the wood and feed excreting sawdust like waste called frass that is often visible on the floor.

I have been living here for about 7 years. There are two insects that produce sawdust like frass. Thank you in advance for your advice. Hi i live in a house built in 1960s.
