The first step in the diagnostic process is to open and close the door a few times until you are sure the door is where the sound is coming from.
Once the pin is loose pull it out lift up on the door handle to relieve pressure if the pin binds.
Most hinges with removable pins are open at the bottom so you can gently hammer a nail or even a nailset up underneath the hinge pin to push it up enough to get a screwdriver or prybar underneath it.

You can also dip the pins in melted paraffin wax to stop them from squeaking.
If they keep squeaking use a hammer and nail to tap out the pins inside of the hinges and then coat them with white grease motor oil or cooking oil.
The quick fix just lifting the hinge pin and squirting a little oil into the hinge will work for the short run but the squeaking will inevitably return.
